What is a Kreative Announcements Yard Card ?
A Yard card is novelty Rental Signs for various occasions, we sent up in the front yard of your loved one, co-workers, family member or neighbor. You can rent the Yard Cards for 1 day (Delivery (aprox 9:00pm to :12:00am) and pickup hours can range from dusk (aprox 8:30 pm to 12:00am) We Personalize , set up and take down is all included. Call for a Delivery Quote . Please be aware we can only setup in grassy area for the display signs. We do not set up in Back yards only front yards.
What is the difference between Message Board and Lawn Letters Displays Packages?
Message Board Display Package includes 1 A- Frame Message board and includes your choice of 1 themed display. Lawn Letters Display Package includes “ Lawn Letters” instead of an A-frame Message Board and includes your choice of 1 themed display.
How much does the Yard Card rental cost?
Packages start at $100.00 . Additional fees added for Delivery . Call for details.
What are the Yard Cards made of?
All of the Yard Cards are made of plastic this widely used in all of the yard card industry. The yards cards are digitally printed so they are full color and have unique personality.All signs have signs have metal rods attached to the display signs.
Are reservations required?
Reservations are required so that you are sure to get the display you wish to send. We can not guarantee a rental with out payment . We recommend at least a 2 days (48hours) notice of all rental, But can not be held responsible for availability of displays if payment is not made. Payment is due when display is ordered with a Credit Card.
What are my payment choices?
We accept Credit . (Credit Cards payments at the time of order in order to verify ) We use Paypal as our payment choice. VISA,MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER.
What are your set up times?
We usually setup at After 9:00pm to 12:00am and pickup the next day at after 8:30pm to 12:00am. We can not Guarantee a setup time due to delivery routes.
How do I place an order?
Call us 847-650-2685 to reserve your display , All orders are reserved over the phone only. You can email us at Kreative@kreativeannouncements.com with any questions. We will need to know some information for you order:-Name of the person to be surprised (correct spelling is very important)-Date of set-up & number of rental days-Age of person to be surprised (if you are putting an age )-Address & Directions to yard - include landmarks, number of houses from corner, any vehicles in driveway, color of house and anything else that will help Time period that the person will be away from the house
Do you deliver in bad weather?
We deliver in most weather conditions. However, we do reservethe right to cancel if we feel the conditions are too dangerous for the delivery people. Extremely strong winds, dangerous lightening or ice may prevent us from setting up a safe display. We do not deliver in extreme frozen grounds we will refuse service because the signs will not go in to the ground. We would hope that you would be understanding and we will contact you to reschedule.
Do you delivery to Houses /Town Houses /Mobile Homes ?
Yes, We deliver to residences as long as there is a grassy front yard to securely place our signs in the ground , Please be aware we can only setup in grassy area for the display signs. We do not set up in Back yards only front yards.
We can not set up our Signs in Rocky areas or on concrete We can not setup our displays on the City/Village /Town etc... Parkways (on the city side next to the sidewalk ) - It is considered not the home owners property . NO EXCEPTIONS... During a order inquiry our call taker will Google the address and confirm that there is a place to setup our displays . For Deliveries to Town Houses or Mobile Homes -We also need to contact the Home owner association/phone number - Please also confirm on your end , we will not refund your money if the associations asks us to remove the display , We will not take any orders unless our company confirms the ok to deliver our rental display .
Do you deliver to businesses or offices ?
Yes but We do have the right to refuse any business setup due to many factors including the size of the business because of many thefts of signs , foot traffic and car traffic might be a factor. There must be a grassy area for the display signs. We do not set up in Backyards only front yards. We can not set-up on concrete, sidewalks, grassy area on the city/village property etc. (ordinances may be issued for violations on city /village property etc). or in the right-of-way of a street or road. We cannot set-up too close to an intersection or roadside so that it would block the vision or sight distance of drivers. We also need to contact the owner of the buildings/ Business or Office .We would need the Business owners numbers to verify they are allowed on the grounds . We also advise you to call to make sure signs are allowed on the grounds, We can not offer any refunds if the building owners/management instructs us to take them down .
Do We deliver to condos or Apartments building? and Do you Deliver to Schools?
Depends on how large the Apartment Building is - We can Deliver to Town Home/ Condos ( Grass must be located in front of Home we are settng up ) we would need the condo association number for approval . We do not set up in Backyards only front yards.We also advise you to call to make sure signs are allowed on the grounds, We can not offer any refunds if the building owners/management instructs us to take them down .
We cannot set up in Front of or in side or courtyards in Large Multi- Unit Apartments or Large Multi Unit Condo Buildings , Our signs might not be safe from Thefts from Passerbys .
No, We do not Deliver to Schools. Because There is a Chance that our signs might not be safe from Thefts of Passerbys. Sorry for the inconvience .

By Placing an order you agree to the Rental Policy AgreementPlease review our rental agreement. You are responsible for all Policies whether you read them or not, so please understand how our conditions work. All signs are for Rental only and are Property of Kreative Announcements.
Please be aware that our Lawn Display needs a Grassy Area to Dislplay our Signs NO EXCEPTIONS Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Your credit card information will be held on file until the rental event is completed. Missing ,Stolen ,damaged or Moved lawn display Signs, including Metal sign stakes will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount. See Missing Item Fees below.Message Sign Boards that are rented are to be returned. They are to be returned in their original condition, with all contents included. Any missing or damaged sign boards or letters or numbers, will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount.Please leave the display out where we may pick it up without someone being home. If you need us to pick it early Please Call Immediately. DO NOT MOVE IT. We do ask that you take pride in your lawn display, and treat it with respect. Please do not move the items. Due to safety concerns, please DO NOT allow anyone, ESPECIALLY children to play on the lawn greeting display signs. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it. The signs are Made out of a coroplast plastic and will not hold any weight. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.If for some reason, you would prefer to have your display taken down earlier than the scheduled time, Call our office 1- 847-650-2685 and we will make all attempts to pick it up early.Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our Signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items ARE our business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused damage due to , flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, weed wackers etc. Contact with weed wackers/string trimmers may cause damage to our signs.PLEASE have the grass cut before our crew comes to setup. Full retail price will be billed to the credit card of the client in the unlikely event of ANY damage is sustained during the rental period.Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, they may become damaged. If melted Mylar or balloon material has damaged any of the inventory or the “A” frame message board, full retail price will be billed to the client’s credit card.We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, PLEASE DO NOT pull the critters from the ground or Move them .Kreative Announcements and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the Rental time Period Agreement. Or Damage done to the signs ,by the signs or any missing signs not returned to Kreative Announcements.(ex: holes put in the grass, damage to underground sprinkler system etc.)Credit card charges will appear on your monthly statement as KREATIVE ANN from Paypal.Kreative Announcements is NOT responsible for local city ordinances or violations for Lawn Greeting Displays Placed in the Yard Rented. Please check with your City Hall for Lawn Decoration Ordinances.Please be aware a Company Sign with Kreative Announcements will be placed in the Lawn with the Lawn Greeting Display, Please Do Not Move or Hide our Sign. A missing Fee will Be charged.
REFUND POLICY:
Kreative Announcements Yard Card will refund your money in full if you cancel your rental at least 24 hours in advance or if weather conditions prevent us from setting up (our first priority would be to reschedule if possible). Delivery (aprox 9:00pm to 12:00am) and pickup hours can range from dusk (aprox 8:30pm to 12:00am) All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to the date. A full refund will be issued. Full rental rates will be charged if display is cancelled after 24 hours before the event. No exceptions.In the event of inclement weather, we will not be able to set up any lawn displays. If this occurs, we will refund the full rental price. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, Snow storms ,frozen ground, ice, heavy rain, high wind and any other weather problems that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.
No Refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address or no address posted on the house .(We want to make sure the correct house gets the display.) Additional fee will be charged to move display to the correct address.No Refunds will be given due to the home owner requesting us to remove the lawn display.No Refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. Please Advise us if it is a Gated community prior to the event, Please Provide gate access code.No Refunds will be given due to any animals (ex: dogs loose in the yard) that prevent the display from being set up.No Refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.No Refunds will be given if There is no grassy area located in the front yard and we are unable to physically set-up display (we must have grass, signs cannot be set-up on parking lots, driveways or concrete or on village city etc .property.) We set up ONLY in the Front Yard , NO BACKYARD setups authorized)No Refunds The homeowner, business owner or security officer prevents us from setting up or asks us to pickup the display before the end of the rental period is up.
